Supply Chain Planner
Job Summary
Were seeking a Supply Chain Planner to lead the efficient and effective execution of Customer Service and Supply Planning processes for the Australian business. This role is responsible for processing daily customer orders and resolving customer inquiries managing supply and production plans to maintain exceptional service levels while minimizing obsolescence and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class supply chain operation.
What youll do:
- Oversee the AUS Customer Service & Logistics processes to ensure right product right place right time at the right price
- Process daily AUS customer orders through an ERP system
- Own the Customer Service Inbox and be the key point of contact for all AUS customer queries and issues
- Monthly KPI reporting and accurate month end processes
- Management & reconciliation of finished goodsinventory levels at AUS 3PL Warehouses including inter-warehouse transfers
- Management & reconciliation of raw materialand packaging inventory levels
- Control the supply plan to maintain appropriate inventory holdings ensuring customers remain in stock while balancing shelf-life risks
- Facilitate the production plan with AUS 3rd party manufacturing
What youll bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years of supply or inventory planning experience preferably in Beer/Wine/Spirits or FMCG industries
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Experience using an ERP System such as SAP/JDA/Oracle/QAD is preferred
- Understanding of global logistics processes systems and the Australian market
- Experience across other key supply chain areas such as Customer Service Master Data Management or Procurement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively and influence cross-functionally
- Adaptability to a fast-paced high-growth environment with a strong desire to learn grow and evolve alongside the business
- Must currently reside in Australia and hold valid unrestricted work authorization
- Commitment to a hybrid work model
