Job Summary

Hop Products Australia (HPA) is Australias largest hop producer; growing processing and packaging hops for customers around the world.

With our Head Office in North Hobart we have farming operations in Tasmania and Victoria and import export and distribute our hops all around the world.

We are hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis.

You will be responsible for supply chain activities in managing the movement of our hop products and other business-related freight/shipping requirements both domestically and internationally. This role requires positive and proactive relationship management Coordinate with customers internal cross functional departments warehouse freight and shipping providers.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate domestic and international stock movements customer order shipping import order shipping and other business-related shipping requirements with warehouses and freight providers.
  • Use of business systems to perform required functions and to produce all necessary documentation related to order fulfilment and stock movements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactional information related to order fulfilment storage freight and inventory.
  • Provide suppliers customers HPA stakeholders warehouses and freight providers with timely & accurate information.
  • Provide team coverage to maintain continuity of operations.
  • Create and update relevant business documents including Standard Operating Procedures.

Who are we looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a Supply Chain customer fulfilment role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An excellent eye for detail and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A committed team player that can work well within a small team.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and be able to work unsupervised.
  • Proficient with Salesforce MYOB EXO and Microsoft Office products (Outlook Excel etc.)
  • Ability to produce clear and concise business documents.

This is an office-based role and will suit someone who takes pride in keeping their stakeholders satisfied.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and negotiated with the successful applicant.
