Job Summary
Supervisor - Catering
$39.36base rate plus casual loading
- Above average wages for this position
- Please note that this is a casual position
- Typically 6AM-2PM Occasionally 2PM-8:30PM

THE POSITION
- Supervision of food preparation cooking and presentation of all dishes
- Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures and site food safety plan
- Assist in the management of labour and food costs in line with budget
- Oversee the correct use of stock control systems
THE PERSON
- Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
- Model high standards of performance and behaviour
- Posses a Working with Vulnerable People Check Police Check and Serology Report (or be willing to obtain all of these)
