About the Role

We invite vibrant and focussed candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity that has become available. This position based in the Senior School is centred around providing a high-level customer service experience to our students and staff administering student attendance managing the student absence system Co-Curricular data and providing administrative support for the schools Senior School leadership team. This is a full-time term-time position.

The Student Services and Administration Officer will:

  • Administer the student attendance and absence system
  • Assist with Co-Curricular data
  • Process data communications and reports related to student attendance and absence
  • Oversee consent forms and medical information
  • Coordinate student lost property
  • Provide administrative support to various Senior School stakeholders

  • Experience with customer service and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion
  • Adaptable and flexible work ethic with a good understanding of the evolving nature of schools
  • Excellent IT skills including proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite applications and database systems
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and use judgement to prioritise workload and achieve deliverables within working hours
  • Excellent interpersonal skills evidence through effective communication with all stakeholders
