Student Vacation opportunity: Build the extraordinary every day
TheHatch Student Vacation Programprovides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We will help you through the transition bridging the gap between your education and career.
You bring to the role:
You will be working towards a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record ideally in your third year (or later) of study. Candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and develop. You will have an interest in ports terminals maritime infrastructure structural engineering or site civil design and be motivated to contribute to innovative projects that create positive change. Experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D MicroStation STAAD Navisworks or ArcGIS will be highly regarded.
The12-week full-time program commences on Monday 23 November 2026. Please note during this time Hatch will have its annual office closure from COB Friday 18 December 2026 and will reopen on Monday 4 January 2027.
