• Base salary range: $86540 $95.920 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

The Student Office team sits within Student Life a key division of UWAs Education Portfolio focused on enhancing the student experience from enrolment through to graduation. Working closely with academic schools students and professional staff the team provides high-quality student advisory services supports academic progression and delivers essential student administration services that help students succeed throughout their university journey.

About the opportunity

• Provide professional advice support and guidance to current and prospective students helping them navigate enrolment course planning progression and university processes.
• Deliver high-quality student administration services manage complex enquiries maintain accurate student records and contribute to continuous improvement of systems policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with academic and professional staff across the University to support positive student outcomes and an exceptional student experience.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of education training and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in administration student services customer service or a comparable advisory environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently manage complex enquiries and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems with a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding student-centred service.
