Emeco is seeking a proactive Stores Coordinator based out of either Mackay or Brisbane to support and standardise stores operations across our East Coast.
Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager you will drive inventory accuracy stores compliance and the efficient return of parts and core components to our Distribution Centres.
This role is key to ensuring consistent stores processes strong inventory control and data integrity across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain standardised stores processes across NSW and QLD mine site operations.
Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with inventory storage labelling and housekeeping standards.
Support and coach site teams on stores best practices and process improvements.
Coordinate the return of parts and core components to Distribution Centres & Vendors including freight and documentation.
Monitor and report on outstanding returns aged stock and warranty items.
Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions within ERP systems.
Reconcile physical stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Produce inventory and compliance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Experience in stores warehousing inventory or logistics ideally within mining heavy equipment or industrial environments.
Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto SAP or similar.
Strong inventory control and data accuracy skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work independently across multiple remote sites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Certificate III or IV in Warehousing Logistics Supply Chain or related field (Desirable)
Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
Drivers licence
