Are you ready to apply your skills and knowledge to a role that directly supports Australias Defence capability At Toll Group we are proud to be expanding our Government and Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson with LF Forklift License to join our Defence logistics and warehousing team. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations inventory control freight handling and the safe movement of Defence-related equipment and materials. This role requires candidates to be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain the relevant Australian Government security clearance.

Based at Randwick Barracks in Randwick NSW the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced safety-focused environment where accuracy accountability reliability and teamwork are essential.

Duties will include use of WMS MHE inventory management receiving storing picking packing and distribution of Defence equipment supplies and materials. Working under the supervision of the Team Leader the Store Person Grade2ensures that all tasks are performed in compliance withToll Government & Defence contractual requirementsDefence regulations safety protocols and operational standards. The role requires strong attention to detail organizational skills and a commitment tomaintaininga safe clean and efficient working environment.

Howyoullmake the right impact

As aStorepersonyoullbe the backbone of our site operations ensuring efficient safe and compliant warehouse processes. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with Team Leaders you will:

  • Receive store pick pack and dispatchDefenceequipment and supplies.

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

  • Use warehouse systems to manage stock accurately and action reports.

  • Maintain safety standards site cleanliness and compliance withDefenceregulations.

  • Collaborate with your team to achieve operational targets and deliver results that matter.

Whatyoullbring

Werelooking for motivated individuals who bring:

  • Experience in warehousinglogistics or related industries (desirable but not essential).

  • A current forkliftlicense(or willingness to obtainone).

  • A valid driverslicense(C class).

  • Working outdoors to deliver stores and equipment to defence personnel in the field

  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.

  • Strong teamwork communication and attention to detail.

  • A safety-first mindset.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibilityto make the grade
