Were looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Turramurra store. This is a hands on leadership role where youll have the opportunity to build a high performing team create exceptional customer experiences and make a genuine impact within the local community.

In this Role

• Lead motivate and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Build strong relationships with customers suppliers and the local community to drive store success
• Take ownership of store operations sales performance and delivery of key business objectives
• Coach and empower team members through ongoing training support and development
• Foster a positive inclusive and customer-focused culture where people thrive
• Lead by example setting the standard for service teamwork and operational excellence
• Support business growth through a flexible approach and willingness to contribute across multiple store locations when required

Youre Likely a Match If

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or retail leader with a track record of driving team and store success
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach engage and develop high performing teams
• A genuine passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with customers teams and stakeholders
• A hands-on customer first approach and commitment to operational excellence
• Flexibility to work across a retail roster including weekends and varied trading hours
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on team culture and community engagement
