Stock Controller

As a Stock Controller for our Smokemart and GiftBox business youll ensure stores have the right stock at the right time. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Allocations Manager youll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate supporting store performance and collaborating across teams.

You Will: 

• Monitor and update inventory levels ensuring accuracy with our systems.
• Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and place timely stock orders
• Coordinate allocations from warehouses to stores to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Verify deliveries resolve discrepancies and maintain quality control
• Generate stock reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock processes and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications :

Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience in inventory or stock management (desirable but not essential).
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and communicate effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Data-driven approach to make informed decisions.
Curious proactive and willing to learn about customer behaviours and store operations.
