Your Role

As the leader of your state youll drive commercial performance develop high-performing leaders and create exceptional guest experiences across a portfolio of boutiques and surplus stores. Youll foster a values-led culture and ensure every store consistently brings the Assembly Label brand to life. This full-time role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who is passionate about developing people building meaningful connections and leading with purpose. Regular travel throughout your region is required.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

• Lead coach and develop Cluster Managers Retail Business Managers and Leaders.
• Build a high-performance culture centred on accountability development and engagement.
• Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning and coaching.
• Foster a positive inclusive and values-led team culture.

Commercial Performance

• Deliver sales profitability and wage outcomes across your region.
• Drive performance through strong execution of Conversion IPT ATV and guest experience.
• Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure disciplined management of labour productivity and operational costs.

Guest Experience

• Bring our Community Connections philosophy to life in every store.
• Coach teams to create meaningful guest experiences that build loyalty and advocacy.
• Lead through presence observation and in-the-moment coaching.

Operations

• Ensure operational excellence across all locations.
• Partner closely with Head Office across Product VM Marketing Operations and People & Culture.
• Lead new store openings closures refurbishments and business initiatives as required.

Senior Manager
