About the opportunity
A well-established NDIS-registered allied health provider is expanding its clinical team and seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist for its Bacchus Marsh clinic. The role is designed with variety in mind - approximately 6070% of sessions are delivered in-clinic with the remaining 3040% seeing clients in their homes and community settings across Melbournes western and north-western suburbs. Youll join a genuinely supportive multidisciplinary team that includes OTs behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants all committed to person-centred evidence-informed practice.

Your caseload
- 100% NDIS participants
- Predominantly paediatric with some adult clients (early language AAC articulation social communication fluency)
- Mix of assessment intervention and family/caregiver coaching
- Working closely with OTs behaviour support practitioners and allied health assistants
What youll need
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
- Minimum 12 years post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong placement backgrounds considered)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Current Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle (for community visits)
- Full Australian working rights
