As a Specialist Endocrinologist you will:
- Provide specialist outpatient and inpatient endocrinology services
- Deliver high-quality evidence-based patient care
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Participate in clinical governance quality improvement and audit activities
- Contribute to teaching and mentoring of medical students junior doctors and allied health staff
- Engage in research and academic activities through the partnership with Deakin University
- Help shape and further develop endocrinology services within a growing regional health service
Applicants should possess:
- Specialist registration (or eligibility for specialist registration) with AHPRA
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent specialist qualification
- Extensive experience in Endocrinology
- Commitment to clinical excellence education and continuous professional development
- An interest in research service development and teaching
