YOUR NEW ROLE
At the Sydney Opera House the Solutions Manager leads the strategy delivery and continuous improvement of digital and cloud solutions that support organisational goals and customer needs. Working collaboratively across technical customer and business teams the role drives solution development market alignment and service innovation. You will define product roadmaps prioritise features and oversee delivery to ensure solutions are scalable high quality and customer-focused. This role suits someone who enjoys partnering with diverse stakeholders translating insights into practical outcomes and delivering inclusive impactful solutions that enhance customer experience operational performance and long-term business value.

ARE YOU THE ONE
To be successful in the role you should have:
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in agile software development environments with responsibility for delivering scalable secure and customer-focused digital solutions.
- Strong technical background in digital technologies including web content management systems marketing automation ticketing platforms databases customer data systems web services and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to define solution strategy and architecture for customer-facing technologies ensuring alignment with business objectives operational needs and long-term digital transformation goals.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing solutions that balance innovation performance reliability integration and user experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills including experience working with senior leaders vendors and non-technical audiences to drive collaboration and informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities risks budgets timelines and resource allocation while maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement adaptability and whole-of-business outcomes.
