The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales and help customers transition to renewable energy through tailored solar and battery solutions.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
• Converting warm quality leads into sales via phone consultations in-home visits and calls
• Educating clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage
• Preparing and presenting detailed solar system proposals
• Working independently to achieve sales targets and maximise your earnings

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in solar sales renewable energy or a similar consultative sales role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• A self-motivated results-driven attitude and the ability to manage your own schedule
• A current drivers licence
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads and sales (preferred)
