THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Software Specialist to join our presales team based in Brisbane QLD.

Reporting to the Pre-Sales Solutions Manager you will be responsible for growing our Print Management Solutions business by partnering with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored software solutions that drive real business value. Working closely with our Pre-Sales team youll build trusted relationships uncover new opportunities and play a pivotal role in helping customers transform the way they work while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Grow and develop a portfolio of customers by uncovering new business opportunities and expanding existing solution engagements.
Act as a trusted advisor helping organisations improve business outcomes through innovative software and workflow solutions.
Work alongside industry-leading Pre-Sales specialists to design and deliver tailored solutions that solve real customer challenges.
Take ownership of the full sales cycle from strategic customer engagement and solution design through to commercial negotiation and contract close.
Build lasting partnerships with customers providing ongoing guidance and identifying opportunities to support their long-term success.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in solution-based or consultative sales with a strong track record of building client relationships and achieving sales outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including C-suite executives.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers develop compelling business cases and articulate solution value.
Ability to identify customer challenges and align software and business solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience managing complex sales cycles navigating purchasing and decision-making processes and balancing client expectations.
Highly organised and results-driven with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Candidates with experience in Print Management Solutions (e.g Papercut YSoft Control Suite) will be highly regarded
