Job Summary
- Great position working in the Community.
- No weekend after hours and on-call work.
- Temporary level 1-2 Part Time role until 31/08/2027 working 3 days per week.
- Remuneration from $40.05 p/hr. to $57.14 p/hr excluding super

About the role
- Plan coordinate and deliver high quality social work care to patients/clients of Calvary Health Care Kogarah consistent with Calvary and relevant NSW Ministry of Health and South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) policies procedures and standards
About you
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations Professional and Associated Staff Agreement 2022 eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers; demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development Working with Children Check (WWCC) National Criminal Record Check (NCRC) and Aged Care Banning Order Screening
- Demonstrated core competency skills in social work.
- Demonstrated high level written verbal and interpersonal skills to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence-based practice commensurate with years of experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
- Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching commensurate with years of experience.
- Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
- Current Class C drivers licence required.
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
