We are lookingfor a proactive creative and detail-orientedSocial Media Content Creatorto join our Marketing Department.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media videography and digital value creativity initiative and a strong portfolio over years of experience making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or junior creatives looking to build their career. Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams you will create engaging content that strengthens theWiSEbrand and promotes our services across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 35 social media carousels and graphics each week for Instagram FacebookLinkedInand other platforms.
  • Film and edit 35 short-form videos (Reels) each week.
  • Capture engaging content staffstoriesand behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Write scriptscaptionsand on-screen copy for social content.
  • Turn current trendsaudioand content formats into creative content that reflects theWiSEbrand.
  • Contribute ideas during weekly content planning sessions.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to support new initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assistwith campaign shoots seasonalpromotionsand other marketing activities asrequired.
  • Assistwith the marketing activities forWiSEMedicalWiSEPlusWiSEPathologyWiSEPhysiotherapy andWiSESpecialist Hub.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in video shooting editing and graphic design (portfoliorequired).
  • Confidence working behind the camera and presenting on camera when needed.
  • Comfortable filming on iPhone with a good eye for lighting angles and composition.
  • A creative eye for visual storytelling and engaging content.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contributenew ideas.
  • Willingness to travel betweenWiSEclinic locations as part of the role.
  • A valid paid Working with Children Check as you may have access to childrens well as evidence of immunity to some of the specific diseases outlined under the NSW Health mandatory vaccination requirements.

Hiring process

  • Initial screeningcallwith HR.
  • Interview with our Business Development and Operations Manager.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a practical creative project toshowcasetheir content creation skills and creative thinking. This may include presenting ideas on howWiSEssocial media presence could be enhanced or developing sample content relevant to the brand.
