What Youll Be Doing

• Work directly with the founder to ideate plan film and produce content
  

• Create short and long-form content for YouTube TikTok Instagram Reels and other organic channels
  

• Turn raw ideas and moments into engaging high-retention videos
  

• Develop hooks recurring formats and content series
  

• Film founder-led content that feels natural and on-brand
  

• Edit with strong pacing storytelling captions and retention in mind
  

• Capture behind-the-scenes team office and brand-building content
  

• Support client-side videography and editing when needed
  

• Help maintain consistency and momentum across content output
  

• Set up and manage cameras lighting audio podcast and studio equipment
  

• Troubleshoot basic production hardware and tech issues
  

• Help organise filming gear storage systems editing setups and production workflows

• Strong understanding of YouTube TikTok Instagram Reels and modern social content
  

• Strong editing instincts for pacing hooks captions and storytelling
  

• Confident filming and directing content
  

• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality

• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
  

• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and file management
  

• Comfortable working with cameras studio equipment and production tech
