Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Motivate and engage the crew during high-volume trade and peak waterfront rushes.
• Coach & Train: Upskill team members on service speed and standard operating procedures.
• Champion Standards: Maintain strict food safety cleanliness and 100% clean-food quality guidelines.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality cafe or retail environment.
• High Energy: A positive resilient attitude who thrives under pressure.
• Certifications: Completed (or willingness to obtain) a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.
