Were looking for a talented ServiceNow Engineer to help elevate and optimise our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives that improve employee experiences streamline business processes and deliver scalable technology solutions across the organisation.
As a key member of our Platform team youll collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts stakeholders and fellow engineers to design and deliver innovative solutions that create real business value. From workflow automation and platform enhancements to integrations and custom applications youll play a critical role in unlocking the full potential of ServiceNow.
What youll be doing
- Designing developing and supporting solutions across the ServiceNow platform including ITSM HRSD IRM TPRM ITOM CMDB and custom applications.
- Building workflows automations and integrations that simplify processes and improve user experiences.
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Developing and supporting APIs web services and data integrations across enterprise systems.
- Contributing to Agile delivery through sprint planning estimation stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Troubleshooting issues resolving defects and driving continuous platform improvements.
- Supporting testing deployment and release activities across development test and production environments.
- Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring solutions align with governance security and ServiceNow best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to automate simplify and optimise business processes.

What youll bring
- Hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules workflows integrations and automation capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- A passion for solving complex problems and continuously improving user and business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Desirable
- Certifications in one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g. CIS ITSM CIS TPRM CIS BCM) Desirable
Required experience understanding or credentials including:
- Demonstrated experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience configuring and developing within ServiceNow using:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Integrations and APIs
