At a glance:
As a Service Technician Electrician based in Dandenong South VIC you will play a key role in keeping highly automated logistics systems operating at peak performance. Working on cuttingedge material handling technology youll be part of a sitebased team supporting a 24/7 operation while collaborating with local and global engineering experts.
Your Impact:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across automated electrical and mechanical systems
Diagnose and resolve faults on equipment such as conveyors storage and retrieval cranes robotic systems and AGVs
Support maximum system availability by working closely with onsite automation specialists
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and performance
Operate within a strong safetyfirst culture ensuring compliance with all workplace safety standards
Work a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster (two 12hour day shifts two 12hour night shifts followed by four days off)
What makes you a great fit
Electrical (AGrade) qualification
Experience or understanding of industrial controls (PLCs VFDs HMIs and related systems)
Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office tools
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights with a proactive and accountable mindset
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
