Were currently recruiting for one 6-month fixed term opportunity based in our York Street Sydney office. Well also soon be recruiting for multiple 3-month summer positions to support us through our peak period so if a shorter-term opportunity is more your style wed still love to hear from you!

Our team operatesMonday to Fridaybetween8:00amand6:00pm. To support business needs youll need to be available to work either shift and possibly public holidays.

• Managing service interactions through a variety of channels including phone email and marketplace ensuring exceptional service across all platforms.
• Providing solutions that exceed customer expectations aiming for first call resolution with every interaction.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Embracing a mindset focused on continuous improvement to enhance our service standards and delight our customers.
