What You Will Do:

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset location and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness delivery and scheduling.
• Plan and manage job scheduling for both field and service centre activities including travel trainings and inductions.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at every key milestone or as per customer requests.
• Consolidate and book costs/hours handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
• Manage purchase orders for tools calibration PPE and other non-spare part purchases.
• Work closely with other coordinators managers and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
