The opportunity with us as a Senior Surveyor

We are looking for aSenior Surveyorto joinourhighperformingMelbourneteam. Reporting to theMelbourneSurvey Manageryou will beexecuting precise surveying tasks on built-form construction projects. This role involvessetoutverification as built and documentation of survey data to support engineering and construction projects.

You will be:

• Performingcalculations set out as-builts and verification tasks for structural elements gridlines and services on built-form projects.
• Providingaccurateplans measurements calculations and reports to support engineering and construction teams.
• Managingsurvey equipment software and data management systems ( AutoCAD Civil 3D)
• Usingsurveying equipment (e.g. total stations GPS theodolites) to measure angles distances and elevation.
• Leading and mentor junior staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development aligned with company goals.

Werelooking for someone who has:

• University qualification or TAFE Diploma in Surveying.
• Aminimum of3 years of practical experience in construction surveying specifically in high-rise or built-form projects.
• Extensive knowledgeofsurveying instruments and software (e.g. 12d software AutoCAD Leica Survey equipment)
• A valid drivers license andWhiteCard.
• Experience in communicating with clients and understanding their requirements.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

With this rolethesuccessful candidate must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug drug testing may berequiredper company policy.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in major infrastructure civil or commercial construction projects in Australia.
