Job Summary
An Australian-founded AI startup in San Francisco building software for software companies - their clients include teams like Loveable. The problem theyre solving is hard: LLMs need to be right 100% of the time in their product not 95%. Theyre shipping fast and looking for engineers who want to be on the frontier not watching it from the sidelines.
Founded by Australians. Some of the team has already made the move. Looking for the next one.
What youll do
- Ship features fast in a high-growth environment with minimal process
- Work on hard AI accuracy problems - this isnt vibe coding it has to be exact
- Own product areas end to end from problem definition to production
- Build the infrastructure that makes LLMs reliable at scale
- Work directly with founders on what gets built next
About you
- 5 years experience with time at a Tier 1 company (Google Atlassian Canva Stripe Airbnb Meta or similar)
- Startup experience - youve shipped in fast ambiguous environments
- Comfortable in Python or willing to own it quickly
- Want to relocate to San Francisco - thats the goal for this hire
- Australian citizen (eligible for E-3 visa) or US citizen

USD $180k-$250k base. Equity. Relocation support.
