The role
As Senior Security Identity Engineer youll play a key role in helping ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. Youll design implement and continually improve identity and access management solutions that support secure seamless and compliant access across the department.
Working across a complex technology environment youll partner with cyber security specialists digital teams business stakeholders and vendors to solve challenging security problems improve governance and deliver modern identity services that protect our systems data and people.

What you will bring to the role
- Strong ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical secure and scalable solutions.
- Experience building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Experience implementing or supporting large-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms and working within large complex and highly regulated environments such as healthcare government or critical infrastructure.
- Experience working with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
- Experience building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Confidence communicating complex technical concepts in a way that different audiences can understand.
- A commitment to security integrity and responsible management of sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance operational priorities with long-term outcomes.
- A customer-focused approach that delivers quality outcomes while maintaining security and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex platform issues in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with PowerShell SQL Server REST APIs and automation technologies.
Desirable:
- Can demonstrate experience implementing and supporting complex One Identity workflows processes custom scripts schemas templates connectors and integrations.
- Has deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles and possesses strong technical knowledge of identity lifecycle management provisioning reconciliation RBAC access requests attestation and governance processes.
What is an essential requirement:
Tertiary degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent experience.
