About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. Youll drive solution architecture multi-cloud strategy integrations AI innovation and technical governance while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring scalable secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce and multi-cloud solutions.
- Lead integration data architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Produce high- and low-level solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership governance and code/design reviews.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture Business and Delivery teams.
- Drive Salesforce best practices DevOps and release management.
- Champion Agentforce and GenAI capabilities across Salesforce solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- 12 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce Architecture expertise.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (Mandatory).
- Expertise in Apex LWC LWR JavaScript Trigger Framework and Data Modelling.
- Experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud integrations and enterprise architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud Voice Omni-Channel Digital Engagement and modern Salesforce architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge.
- Marketing Cloud experience.
- Experience with GenAI Agentic AI Pre-sales POCs and Solution Design.
