Located in Adelaide South Australia this role has flexible work arrangement. This is a 12 month parental leave contract
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and technical support during Hugo RAS System procedures ensuring a high standard of customer support and patient care.
Support new installations and contribute to the preparation implementation and ongoing optimisation of robotic surgery programs.
Support surgeon onboarding education and ongoing development through coaching training and procedural support.
Prepare and maintain operating room readiness including robotic inventory management and procedural planning to support seamless case execution.
Support program growth utilisation and continuous improvement within the assigned account.
Partner with surgeons hospital leaders operating room teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive clinical engagement and program success.
Facilitate adoption of the Hugo RAS System by supporting procedure selection instrumentation engagement and the transition of suitable cases to robotic surgery.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital surgery solutions and support adoption by robotic and non-robotic users.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute surgeon engagement utilisation and digital surgery plans for key opportunities.
Support the Business Development Manager by providing clinical insight stakeholder engagement and program assessments to progress active robotic opportunities.
Coordinate proctorships clinical observations and training activities that support surgeon capability and program development.
Coordinate cross-functional activities that promote awareness adoption and the long-term success of robotic and digital surgery programs.
Monitor analyse and report on program performance utilisation trends and key milestones using insights to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
Contribute to broader Surgical business initiatives and support the ANZ team as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Demonstrable experience in clinical setting or capital equipment sales
Operating Room knowledge or experience
Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
Experience in change management process
Willingness to travel to support business requirements
