Whats the role

Youll join our Commercial Banking team in Bankstown Sydney / Warrane Gadigal Country as a full time Senior Relationship Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business banker who enjoys helping businesses thrive. Youll manage a portfolio of commercial customers building trusted relationships and supporting their growth through tailored banking and lending solutions. With a strong focus on commercial lending youll work closely with customers to understand what matters most to them while partnering with internal specialists to deliver the right outcomes.

Youll also develop new to bank relationships through networking and market engagement helping more businesses access the support they need to move forward with confidence.

What do I need

Strong capability in commercial lending and business banking
Experience analysing financial performance and structuring lending solutions
Confidence building long term customer relationships and managing a portfolio
Ability to identify and win new business opportunities
A collaborative approach and passion for delivering great customer outcomes
