Deliver major data centre industrial and commercial projects for leading developers and private sector clients

Work alongside experienced Project Managers and Cost Managers within an integrated project consultancy

Play an active role in the continued growth of a nationally recognised Cost Management team

Build long-term client relationships while contributing to business development and repeat work

Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors while continuing to develop your own leadership capability

Youll lead the commercial delivery of major data centre and property projects providing strategic cost advice from early feasibility through to project completion.

Working alongside Project Managers youll provide integrated commercial support across the project lifecycle helping clients make informed decisions around procurement cost planning commercial risk and project delivery.

Youll build strong relationships with developers consultants and contractors while becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. As a senior member of the team youll also mentor junior Quantity Surveyors contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Sydney Cost Management team.

5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management within a consultancy environment

Experience delivering major property projects with Data Centre experience highly regarded

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Commercially minded with an interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth

Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

AIQS RICS or equivalent professional accreditation or working towards chartership
