In this role youll:

We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Analyst to lead and deliver functional technical agile and end-to-end testing across a portfolio of projects within a newly centralised Group Technology function.

This role combines hands-on testing with leadership responsibilities helping establish new QA teams frameworks and consistent practices across the organisation.

You will own test strategy planning execution and defect management ensuring high-quality outcomes across SIT and UAT phases.

As part of a growing function you will play a key role in shaping testing standards governance and delivery consistency.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate domain specific knowledge in either Opal Ticketing systems and devices Opal Transport Apps (agile) Tolling Concessions or Transport Data Services.

About you

The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior QA professional with a strong track record in functional technical agile and end-to-end testing delivery within a Transport domain including planning execution and defect management.

You are hands-on detail-oriented and confident in driving testing outcomes while collaborating with delivery teams and senior stakeholders. A proactive and motivated mindset is essential with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support team success in a fast-evolving environment.
