Your new role:

A day in the role may look a bit like this:

• Underwrite highly technical multinational property programs actively managing a portfolio of new business and renewals within the Property Multinational area.

• Build and manage strong broker relationships to drive sustainable Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth.

• Monitor portfolio performance against key metrics including growthandprofitability.

• Ensure full compliance with underwriting governance requirementsstandardsand internal audit processes.

• Activelyparticipatein Property underwriting forums and communities to stay aligned with market trends bestpracticeand underwriting ethos.

• Contribute toadhocprojects and initiatives that add value across the broader organisation.

About you

To be successful in this role you bring sound judgement commercial thinking and a collaborative mindset to everything you do.

You will have:

• Significant underwriting experience at Senior Underwriter level ideally withinMultinational Property programmes.

• Wellestablished broker and customer relationships.

• Strong technical underwriting riskassessmentand portfolio management capabilities.

• A proactive approach to personal technical development and continuous improvement.

• The confidence to coachinfluenceand support others.
