Requirements

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Specialist to lead the delivery of complex large-scale projects within regulated environments. The role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMBOK Agile) and the ability to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle in compliance-driven domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technical and network programs

Manage project scope schedule cost quality and risk in alignment with business objectives

Apply PMBOK and Agile methodologies to drive successful project outcomes

Coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering network security and operations

Manage stakeholder engagement including internal and external parties

Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and governance frameworks

Monitor project performance and provide status reporting risk mitigation and issue resolution

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

Education & Certifications (Preferred):

Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Business or related field

Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum Master (preferred)
