Job Description Summary

The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account property portfolio or large facility/complex through interaction with the client property or facility management team and project management staff

Job Description

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and bring proven experience delivering projects within healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic project leadership Drive planning budgeting scheduling and governance across multiple concurrent projects

  • Healthcare stakeholder management Engage clinical teams facility managers contractors and internal C&W service lines

  • Contractor & consultant oversight Lead procurement contract administration performance management and delivery quality

  • Risk WHS & compliance Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations infection control protocols and building codes

  • Financial & commercial control Manage budgets variations cost reviews and commercial impacts

  • Reporting & governance Provide structured reporting across design construction and operational phases

About You

You are an experienced project leader with the capability to operate confidently in complex highrisk environments. You bring:

  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory)

  • Healthcare project delivery experience (mandatory)

  • 7 years experience in project management within construction engineering or healthcare

  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing consultants and contractors

  • Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen

  • Ability to manage risk compliance and operational constraints in live facilities

  • Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field

  • Experience delivering fitouts refurbishments building services upgrades or capital works programs
