Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of Projects you will be responsible for overseeing project planning execution and completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget. You will manage multiple stakeholders mitigate risks and implement innovative solutions to driveproject success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project planning execution and completion across the capital worksprogramme.
• Oversee project scope budgets and timelines ensuring successful delivery.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress quality and compliance with safetyregulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and bring innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Ensure projects align with Sentinel Property Groups quality and sustainabilitystandards.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in client-side project management of office fit outs and capitalworks programmes within the property industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving organisational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Eligibility for QBCC Project Management Services license (highly regarded).
