Senior Product Manager (Authentication)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Authentication) to take domain ownership and provide strategic product leadership across our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) transformation this role you will own the end-to-end authentication roadmap and backlog across digital and assisted channels ensuring customer journeys strike the right balance between robust security fraud prevention regulatory compliance and low-friction user experience.

Acting as the primary business product owner for our modern CIAM platform you will drive product decisions and governance across login step-up authentication account recovery adaptive/risk-based authentication passwordless and biometrics. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams spanning Digital Engineering Cyber Security Fraud Risk and Customer Care to standardize reusable authentication capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications :

• Extensive Product Management or Product Owner experience leading initiatives within CIAM Digital Identity Authentication or Cyber Security domains.
• Deep expertise in modern authentication concepts and standards including OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect SSO MFA passwordless biometrics and risk-based adaptive authentication.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale customer authentication platforms (such as Ping Identity Okta/Auth0 ForgeRock or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of digital customer journeys identity lifecycle management security controls and fraud risk mitigation.
• Experience working within large-scale highly regulated consumer environments (such as telecommunications or banking) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing skills with a proven ability to align competing business security customer experience and delivery priorities.
