In this role youll:

As a Senior Officer Strategic Programs youll play a key role in supporting high-level secretariat initiatives that keep our organisation connected and informed. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and collaboration are essential.

You will:

Prepare and develop documentation such as briefs templates and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Coordinate processes and provide updates on papers and documents for timely submission.

Draft and review responses for Secretary briefings and other key communications.

Assist with research to identify reputational issues impacting Transport for NSW and the broader cluster.

Deliver accurate high-quality work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Build strong relationships across the Transport cluster and with Ministerial offices.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them.

Youll have:

Strong organisational and time and project management skills.

Ability to critically analyse complex information and write in plain English.

Skilled at building relationships and collaborating effectively.

Tech-savvy and confident using tools to improve efficiency.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Committed to confidentiality integrity and delivering quality outcomes.
