About the Business:

Sporting the dual crown of Australias oldest dairy and Australias most innovative dairy Brownes Dairy has an opportunity to join us as a Senior National Business Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join us in a role that is flexible in its base location our preference is Balcatta however we are also happy to consider candidates already based in Melbourne or Sydney. Please note that whilst the location of this role is flexible if you are Perth based the role is not fully remote.

The Role

We recognise the inherent value that our Senior National Business Manager brings to our brand as a custodian and representative of our brand and products that have been refined to perfection over 140 years. You will nurture key relationships over time with our major retail partners delicately balancing both Brownes Dairy and our customers needs business plans and growth ambitions.

Role Responsibilities

• National Account Leadership Representing our heritage and customers Australia wide
• Business Planning Build and execute joint customer strategy and annual planning
• Category Strategy Leverage insights to drive growth across categories
• Commercial and Business Planning and Performance Delivering on revenue share and margin targets
• Forecasting and Demand Planning working with internal stakeholders to ensure we can do what we say we can when we can

Requirements:

• Experience in a senior relationship management role with national reach - ideally within FMCG
• Proven ability to lead tender submissions and range reviews
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and build strong partnerships both with customers and key internal stakeholders
