Were looking for a Senior Manager Enterprise Functions Partner to join our Finance team supporting a portfolio within Enterprise Functions. This is a highly visible business partnering role where youll provide financial leadership commercial insights and strategic support to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Whats the role
As a trusted finance partner youll play a key role in supporting the financial performance and strategic outcomes of a designated Enterprise Functions portfolio.
Working closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders youll provide commercial insights that help leaders understand business performance identify risks and opportunities and make informed decisions.
Youll also collaborate across a broader finance team contribute to key reporting requirements and help drive financial discipline continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end P&L performance forecasting and analysis for a designated business portfolio.
- Producing month-end forecasts performance commentary and insights into financial performance and forecasting movements.
- Supporting balance sheet financial reporting and group reporting requirements including the preparation of reporting packs.
- Working with forecasting and expense management models to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Building strong relationships with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders across Enterprise Functions.
- Providing coaching guidance and work coordination to an offshore support team.
What do I need
Youre an experienced finance professional with a background in Finance Business Partnering FP&A Management Reporting or a similar finance discipline gained within a large corporate or enterprise environment.
You combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to build credibility quickly navigate competing priorities and work effectively with a high degree of autonomy. Equally comfortable analysing complex financial information and engaging senior stakeholders youre able to influence outcomes through clear communication sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach.
Youll also bring:
- Strong financial planning forecasting and performance management capability supported by advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating complex financial information into clear actionable insights and recommendations.
- The ability to work independently manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with planning forecasting and reporting systems with exposure to TM1 or similar platforms being desirable.
