About the role:

• Play an integral role in a nationally recognised and growing specialist practice working across major construction and engineering disputes arising from significant infrastructure and development projects.
• Advise and represent clients on complex contractual disputes claims and litigation.

The ideal candidate:

• A senior Lawyer with 5 PQE with a strong focus on back-end construction construction litigation and disputes.
• Sound technical knowledge of construction law and the key principles relevant to major project disputes.
• Excellent analytical drafting and written communication skills.
• Commercial pragmatic and confident in managing sophisticated client relationships.
• Able to manage competing priorities and significant matters within tight timeframes.
