As part of a Field Services teamyoullenjoy a diverse and dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. This hybrid role spansacrossboth Service and Network operations offering a broad range of work across our network infrastructure as well as within our customers homes and businesses.Youllplay a key role in deliveringtimely high-quality outcomes while providing an exceptional customer experience.

In your day to day workyoullbe the backbone that keeps Australia connected delivering end-to-end service to homes and businesses across the nation. From installation to repair and maintenanceyoullsee the impact of your work in real time with every satisfied customer.Youllcollaborate with a supportive and inclusive team with opportunities for coachingmentorshipand career progression at every step.

*Successful candidates must be willing and able toparticipatein a rotating night shift roster.

A bit about you

To thrive in this roleyoullbe an autonomous and motivated self-starter with extensive experience working across the HFC network including both inside and outside plant activities. As a Senior Field Technicianyoullalso have experience in fibre network assurance fault finding and installations.Youllhave an appetite for embracing a complex industry while continuing to learn and develop on the job. Ideal candidates will hold an ACMA licence preferably supported by a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Telecommunications and will draw on their dedication drive and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity and solutions with a smile every day

Whatyoullput in:

  • Current and clean Australian Drivers Licence

  • PMUS/HFC Inside and Outside Plant experience including amp swaps/upgrades fault finding and noise chasing

  • Availability to work required hours within the 7am-7pm timeslot and travel to work locations across the Sydney metropolitan area as

  • Be able toparticipatein a rotating night shift roster.

  • Confidence to act with autonomy integrity and pace under pressure

  • Strong communicationskills both written and verbal

  • Approachable and caring attitude to customer service

  • Passion for problem-solving

  • Comfortability working to tight deadlines

  • An appetite for challenge
