About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.
The Opportunity
Lead national engineering assurance across tenders and live infrastructure projects. The role may be based in any Australian head-office location.
Your Work
Develop assurance strategy and coordinate technical reviews with specialists and external partners.
Monitor engineering progress risks and opportunities and drive findings to resolution.
Support safe sustainable and commercially sound solutions through design procurement resourcing and validation.
Improve compliance reporting and engineering-management systems.
Support tenders mobilisation and delivery and develop lessons learned performance measures and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Engineering tertiary qualification Chartered Engineer status or equivalent and professional-engineer registration.
Substantial design and construction experience and technical assurance leadership on complex tenders and projects.
Broad engineering knowledge and strong planning cost-management and commercial judgement.
Experience identifying safety environmental quality and engineering risks and providing effective technical challenge.
Strong stakeholder influence problem-solving and communication across different delivery models.
