Senior Customer Service Officer

As a Senior Customer Service Officer you will be a key member of our customer service team primarily operating and servicing Councils Service NSW agency. This role involves a job-share arrangement with other staff and when not at the Service NSW agency you will support Councils administration. We will provide Service NSW training; please note that criminal history and background checks are required for this position.
