Senior Content Producer

• Own the content production process from taking briefs to managing ideation and post-production delivery.
• Lead high-volume paid social content production (Meta TikTok YouTube).
• Serve as a hands-on producer on location managing agile shoot days.
• Plan and complete content including sourcing talent photographers and videographers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Lead post-production workflows ensuring outputs align with campaign goals.
• Coordinate and tag assets within our DAM (Bynder) to build a structured asset library.
• Brief internal creatives and external partners ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends and performance across paid social translating emerging cultural moments into relevant strategies.
• Collaborate with internal creative GTM PR social media inbound growth teams Marketing eCommerce Retail Product Development and Customer Service.

• 3-5 years of content production experience with a focus on content that achieves measurable outcomes.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications Build Photography or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver high volumes of content from a single shoot.
• Experience managing production logistics budgets freelance talent and vendors.
• Excellent communication strong people skills and a proactive ideas-first approach.

• Post-production skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
