As a Senior Consultant you will bring experienceconfidenceand sound judgement to customer engagements. You will take the time to understand each customers requirements and translate them into practical effective product solutions usingAccruentsenterprise software. You will become a trusted product expert guiding customers on best practiceidentifyingopportunities forimprovementand helping them achieve strong outcomes from their investment inAccruent.

This is a diverse role where no two projects are quite the will partner with customers ProjectManagersand other Consultants across both smaller engagements and larger implementation programs. Success in this role will come fromstrong communication curiosity commercialawarenessand the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. You will be supported bya great teamthat values collaborationaccountabilityand sharing knowledge while also having the autonomy expected of a senior professional.

Much ofthisrole will be Applicationconfigurationhoweverit will also involve data transformation andbusiness analysisincludingCustomer Training and -site supportso travelandtime atcustomerlocationswillbe partof your responsibilities.

This position reports directly to theManager Professional Servicesandis a hybrid role with thelocalofficewillbelocated inBrisbaneAustralia.

• Travel to our customer locations to deliver on-site training and consulting services for theAccruentproduct families.

• Successfully balance multiple projectsand diverse assignments.

• Serveasaprimarypoint of contactfor ourPS engagedcustomer base supporting theirenquiriesand adhering to theAccruentpolicies and ways of working.

• Collaboratewiththeprojectteam to understandobjectives collect requirements configure the software applicationtestand train end users.

• Become a subject matter expertproviding a valuable resource of truth to support both Customer andtheAccruentteams.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly and present confidently in professional settings.

• Work independently with strong self-motivation and a clear focus on customer delivery.

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration) or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology.
• ConsultantexperiencewithintheCMMS or EDMS softwarespace.
• Excellent communication analyticalfacilitationand consulting skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and independently anddrive forresults.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions.
• Experience with all phases of a client software implementation lifecycle including initial needs analysis project administration software installation onsite training systems troubleshooting and ongoing accountmanagement.
• Track recordof capitalizing upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships is a plus.
• Experience managing resources and commitments to ensuretimelydelivery and customer satisfaction.
