Senior Commercial Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our growing commercial team!
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director this role will see you supporting various projects in the pre-contracts phase and working closely with our Corporate Development and Origination team. This role will suit someone with strong relationship-building and influencing skills as well as having bid experience.
You will be accountable for:
Effective and timely management of upstream/downstream contracts and commercial activities
Liaison with a range of internal and external contacts
Acting as the commercial representative for allocated projects
Pro-active risk and opportunity management

This is a fulltime permanent role based onsite in our Brisbane CBD office.
About You:
7 years demonstrated experience in contracts management
Previous experience in rollingstock or major infrastructure projects
Relevant tertiary qualification in Law Business or equivalent
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within a complex environment
Proven ability to problem solve and develop improvements
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
