We have anexciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our growingStatutory Insurance NSW - Workers Compensation practice workingwith a highly regarded team based in our Sydney or Newcastleoffice.

Thesuccessful candidate will have minimum of five yearspost-admission experience in personal injury claims specificallyWorkers Compensation. This is a genuine growth role for the rightcandidate offering the opportunity for clear career progressionwithin a supportive and nurturing environment.

The StatutoryInsurance NSW - Workers Compensation section is a defendantinsurance legal team which has over 60 people across the Newcastleand Sydney office. This role will have the opportunity to workclosely with partners and other team members across Newcastle andSydney.

You willideally have the following skills and experience:

• minimum five years of post-admission experience in the personal injury space specifically Workers Compensation on the defendant side;
• the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a supportive and collaborative team;
• excellent technical analytical and drafting skills with keen attention to detail;
• outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• a strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage client relationships;
• a willingness and ability to mentor and supervise junior members of the team; and
• the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
