What will you be doing

This is a hands-on Senior Associate role for someone who wantsstretch exposure and momentum. Youll work closely with AdamEdelman and David Jewkes on highprofile domestic and crossbordertransactions for major local and international clientsparticularly across the resources and energy sectors in a teamthat values initiative and collaboration (and even a bit of funthrown in!).

As an integral member of the team you will work on high-endcorporate and M&A matters including:

• complex cross-border and domestic acquisitions restructures and divestments;
• private equity buyouts and exits;
• equity capital markets transactions including IPOs and secondary raisings;
• corporate governance and strategic advisory work; and
• complex joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.

Who are you

Youre an experienced corporate lawyer ready to operate at asenior level on complex highvalue transactions. You bring:

• 4 years PQE in corporate and commercial law in a top-tier or major firm
• A strong commercial instinct and the confidence to advise on complex high end matters
• Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills with a sharp eye for risk and detail
• The ability to build trusted client relationships and contribute strategically to transactions
• Experience advising public companies and working with ASX Listing Rules (desirable but not essential)
