Job Summary
Work on high-impact corporate deals partnering with coverage bankers and product teams
Build and apply financial models credit analysis and transaction structuring skills
Exposure to senior stakeholders across Legal Credit Risk and Corporate Finance

In the role of Senior Associate you will join our C&IBClient Management & Execution teamthats doubling down on winning together!
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
Analyse client balance sheets cash flow and financial performance to support lending decisions
Build and maintain financial models and credit submissions to inform transaction outcomes
Support end-to-end deal execution including structuring documentation and stakeholder coordination
Partner closely with coverage bankers product specialists and risk teams to deliver client outcomes
Work alongside Legal and internal stakeholders to progress negotiations and ensure compliance requirements are met
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
Strong financial analysis capability including interpreting balance sheets P&L and cash flow
Experience building financial models and supporting credit or lending decisions
Background in banking or professional services ideally within corporate or institutional environments
Exposure to legal documentation negotiations or transaction execution
Solid credit accounting and risk mindset with understanding of solvency and lending principles
